Order Processing
All orders are processed for shipment Monday through Friday only and usually ship within 48 hours from the time of receipt provided the item(s) are in stock. In the event that your item is not in stock, you will be otherwise notified via email or phone.
Shipping options
We ship all order via UPS ground service for all order. You can choose UPS expedited service if your need your order sooner.
Shipping Rates & Charges Outside of the lower 48 States
A $25.00 surcharge will be added to orders shipping outside of the contiguous 48 states. Items shipped outside of lower 48 states including Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and U.S. Protectorates are delivered via Parcel Post.
Delivery to APO's, FPO's and PO Boxes
Please note that UPS does not deliver to APO's, FPO's and PO Boxes and so we deliver to APOs and FPOs PO boxes via USPS.
Arrival Times
UPS Ground Shipping
Shipment normally arrives five to seven (4-7) business days after your order has left our distribution center (weekends excluded), provided the item(s) are in stock. In the event that your item is not in stock, you will be otherwise notified by email or phone. All standard UPS orders are shipped and delivered Monday through Friday only.
Expedited Shipping
We will ship all orders UPS Ground Service. If you are interested in an expedited service such as UPS Overnight or UPS 2nd Day Air, please select that option during checkout. We must receive your order by 1:00 PM EST Monday - Thursday to ensure that your order ships that same day. Please note a additional rush charge will apply.
Change of Delivery Addresses
If you need to change the delivery address on a completed order that has not shipped yet, please email us immediately at infor@hangershop.com. However, if your order has already been sent out for delivery, we will be unable to change the delivery address.
Sales Tax
Currently sales tax is charged on total merchandise orders delivered to New York and Connecticut only. There is no sales tax on orders delivered to any other state at this time. For more information about the collection of Sales Tax for your particular state, please see our

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
Complete satisfaction is our guarantee. If for any reason a selection does not meet your expectations, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, except in the case of manufacturer's defects. Please contact us anytime prior to returning the merchandise within 30 days of the receipt to obtain a return merchandise authorization number.
Canceling Orders
If you need to cancel an order that has not already been shipped, we may be able to cancel it. To do so, please email us immediately at info@hangershop.com. However, if your order has already been sent out for delivery, we will be unable to cancel it and you will need to go through the return product return process.
Product Returns
Our company insists on outstanding quality, value and service. Within 30 days, we guarantee that every item we sell will give you complete satisfaction or you may return it for a full refund. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. If you cancel your order, shipping and handling costs will not be refunded if the item has already shipped from our company. All returns must be approved and assigned a return of merchandise authorization (RMA) number by emailing info@hangershop.com during normal business hours. Please allow 14 business days from the day you return your package for your return to be credited or exchange made.
